Prayer of Holiness and Wholeness

I honour this body as Sacred Space.
I honour this body as Sacred Ground.
Every cell, every molecule, every atom and all the electronic substance and Light from which this body is miraculously made manifest is Holy and Sacred.

This body is truly a miracle, and through It miracles are performed.

Every cell, every molecule and all from which this body is composed is glowing with Light, is shimmering with health, vitality and Love. I am deeply grateful that is is so.
I love, respect and accept this body.
For this body is Sacred Space.
It is Holy and in that it is whole.

I honour and respect the feelings that arise within this body-mind, for these feelings arise from this Sacred Space. Therefore these feelings are Sacred.

The fears, projections, thoughts and beliefs that arise within this Sacred Space I lovingly accept into the Awareness that I AM and I lovingly let them go.
For I am recognising that they are the product of an unholy perception of what I call 'the past', attempting to prevent That I AM from being Present now in this moment, in order to perpetuate an unholy experience of what I call 'the future'.

Whilst I lovingly accept their arising and I bring them to the Awareness That I AM, I also acknowledge and recognise that they have no power, no position, and no permanency in this Sacred Space. Therefore I offer no resistance and no residence here in this Sacred Space. I lovingly let all such fears, projections, thoughts and beliefs go from here that they may pass away as quickly as they appear to arise.

This mind is Sacred Space. It is the creation and extension of this Holy Mind that I AM.
This mind is Sacred Space. It is a radiant Light that forever dispels all darkness from my body and from this world. It is shimmering with Joy, Love, health and Awareness. This mind is Sacred Space. This mind is Holy Ground.

Everything I think, feel, see, perceive and experience--including this body and this world-- is an extension and a creation of this Mind. Therefore I treat these things as sacred.
To the Alter That I AM before God I bring from this Mind and all it's extensions only That which is most sacred and holy. I bring only that which is truly worthy of a place on my alter before God--an alter up which God has made space for on thing alone.

I recognise that Love is the only thing from this Sacred Space--my sacred mind and my Sacred body--that is Holy enough (whole enough) to place on the Alter That I AM here before God. There are not degrees of holiness, worthiness, or wholeness. It is simply that Love is all there is in the Vision of God and therefore these is only a place for Love on my Alter.

My Alter, my Mind, and my body are an extension of Love and therefore are an extension of God. They are the extension of Love and therefore the are capable--in Reality--of creating just One thing, namely Love. Each is an extension of the other and therefore each is a product of Love.

I AM Sacred Space.
I AM Holy Ground.
I am the extension of my Creator in heaven, and therefore the Creator and I are one.

That I AM.
